SMS Terms
Terms that apply when you opt in to receive text messages from MOD IT Support.

These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by MOD IT Support, LLC ("MOD IT Support," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile number and opting in to SMS communications, you agree to these terms.
Types of Messages
Depending on your relationship with MOD IT Support and the consent you provide, text messages may include service and support communications, appointment or scheduling information, status or account-related updates, responses to inquiries, and other communications related to MOD IT Support services. Promotional messages will be sent only when permitted and when appropriate consent has been obtained.
Consent
Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You may choose to communicate with us by other available methods.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with MOD IT Support, the services you request, and the nature of the communications.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier and mobile plan. MOD IT Support does not charge a separate fee for receiving our SMS messages.
Opt Out — STOP
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you opt out, you may receive a final confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages covered by that opt-in unless you subsequently provide consent again.

Privacy
Mobile information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Carrier and Delivery Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and network availability, and delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Supported Carriers and Devices
SMS availability may depend on your carrier, device, and service plan. You are responsible for maintaining an accurate mobile number and a compatible device and service plan.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms as our messaging practices, services, or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when this version became effective.
